Development Specialist Registry
The Asian Social Project Services, Inc. (ASPSI), an International Consultancy and Training Management Firm based in Laguna, Philippines, invites consultants, specialists or experts in various disciplines interested in short or medium-term assignments, full- or part-time, here or abroad, for research studies, planning, implementation or monitoring of various internationally funded development projects, to be part of its Development Specialists Registry.
Specifically, ASPSI is looking for the consultants/experts:

- Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Assignments are usually part of international multi-disciplinary teams, engaged directly by funding agencies, implementing agencies or development services providers. When opportunities arise, consultants and specialists are asked for their availability and interest in the project before being nominated.
